We offer six and twelve month leases.
We require a $50.00-$75.00 non-refundable background check fee per person depending on residency in Oregon.
We require a refundable security deposit equal to the amount of the monthly rent. Pet deposit of $1000.00 per pet. (Maximum 2)
The deposit is fully refundable (based on normal wear and tear less the cost to return unit to rentable condition).
Meal Plans are available upon request. Meals are made to order! Fresh and delicious soups and specials daily!

Our Cottage apartments range from $1075.00 a month up to $1,800.00 a month
Cottages run 432 square foot studios up to 960 square foot one and two bedroom homes.
They are one or two bedroom, one bathroom, no carport or garage.
Some include washer/dryer hookups. The homes with no W/D hookup there are laundry rooms located in the same vicinity as the homes which are free to all residents.
Duplex & Triplex Single & Double With Garage

All homes include water, sewer, garbage, electric, maintenance, landscaping and scheduled transportation.
Housekeeping is available for $35.00 an hour. Services are weekly, every other week, once a month or on call as needed.
