Our Independent Living opportunities are designed for seniors who are able to live on their own while needing little or no other services, but desire the security and conveniences of community living. Choose from a variety of different living options including:

Charming residences, either studios or 1-bedroom with varying amenities such as cook-top kitchen and washer/dryer hook-ups - plans offer an efficient use of space.

Independent Living Resident Fee (non-refundable) based on individual cottage.
Resident fees vary at each level of care within the Marian Estates campus. Residents moving between rooms, units and/or levels of care will be subject to the applicable fees.
Monthly Pet Fee $100
Small pets welcome - subject to approval by the Independent Living Director.

Residences including houses, duplexes and triplexes featuring unique styles and floor plans to fit your needs. Popular plans include 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, washer/dryer hook-ups, forced air heating/cooling and garage.
